A phone never sees the whole list
Guests get their own table and nobody else's. The full list lives only on the usher tablets you set up, and guest data is deleted 90 days after the event.

Questions agencies ask
- Do guests need an app?
- No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and a web page opens. Or they ask an usher.
- What if the Wi-Fi drops?
- Usher tablets keep the full list on the device and keep searching. Check-ins queue and send when the connection is back, and the screen tells the usher it's offline.
- Can guests see other people's seats?
- No. A guest's phone only ever gets the table for the name they searched. The full list is only on your usher tablets.
- Can we use our venue's floor plan?
- Yes, that's the point. Upload the hotel's PDF, PNG or JPG and place tables on top. Save it as a room to reuse next time.
- What does it cost?
- Free for one live event at a time with up to 150 guests. For more, talk to us and we'll raise your limits and invoice in MVR.
- Where is our data stored?
- On our servers, separate for each agency's workspace. Guest data is deleted automatically 90 days after the event, or sooner if you ask. See the privacy notice.
